Elimination program: This program is an intensive 6-12 week period designed to eliminate potential allergens or inflammatory foods from your diet. We remove common allergens and then gradually reintroduce them to identify any triggers. It’s especially effective for those dealing with issues like fatigue as well as those struggling to lose weight despite trying other diets or programs. Throughout this process, my focus is on what you can eat, rather than what you can’t. We’ll discuss the brands, quick meals and snack ideas to keep things simple and enjoyable. It’s an engaging and transformative experience, particularly for those with persistent symptoms who aren’t sure where to turn.
Clean Eating Detox : Toxic chemicals are released into the environment, many of which can build up in your body and negatively impact your overall health. Even low levels of exposure to these toxins over time have been linked to various unwanted health effects. Normally, your body can eliminate harmful chemicals and pollutants, but sometimes the overwhelming amount of toxins can surpass its ability to detoxify, leading to buildup in your tissues. Coupled with a poor diet lacking essential nutrients, this issue can become even more significant.
A clean eating detox program is designed to support your body’s natural detoxification processes while providing the necessary nourishment for both cleansing and everyday energy. Improving your health is essential, and so is feeling your best.
DNA testing
Option 1: Using the raw data from your DNA results (23 and me or Ancestry), we run the results through a specialized app and get a report on all of your genotypes. I use this information to help you select the best foods and supplements to support your genotype.
Option 2 (my favorite option): 3×4 testing and interpretation – see video below.
This is NOT a diagnosis but provide clues to areas that can be improved upon to achieve better health.
