Elimination Diet

This is an intense period of time from 6-12 weeks designed to eliminate any possible allergens or inflammatory items in your diet.  We slowly work to add items back in to see if any cause problems.  This works well for those that are having trouble losing weight despite trying other diets or programs.  It also works well for those with problems such as fatigue or sinus issues.

I spend a lot of time focusing on what TO EAT and not what NOT to eat.  We taste test, product talk, grocery shop and do cooking demos.  It’s a lot of fun and can be life changing for those who have symptoms that are persistent and don’t know what to do.
